Quando suonavo il mio batterista aveva una sacca simile per le aste dei piatti e per lo stesso motivo che dici tu parlavamo della sacca tipo "dove lo mettiamo il figlio di puttana?"

Thank you!

I was thinking of getting a taxi/Didi. Makes sense?
Thank you for your answer anyway!

I'd stay on Dreamweaver, you could hit some record

Don't cheat, just use Airflow!
stefanondisponibile
That was helpful, thank you again!

It was indoor indeed (exactly where you see it in the picture), so you're suggesting that even during summer that's not enough? Should I move it outside if I could put it inside a small greenhouse or would that be the same or worse than the windows? Temperatures could go to 0⁰C outside now. Anyway now I read that even if I find a better spot I should cut those parts away, is that correct?
Thank you anyway!

In summer for sure, now the spot is the same but there's less light outside of course. However it wasn't having any signs of this until I moved it for those two weeks 😢

Surprised not seeing "you wanna know why you feel so hollow? Because you are."

Total size is around 20GB, the biggest one has ~70M records, 60 columns, smallest has ~40M records, 3 columns.

For example I was able to JOIN several big parquet files into one where I couldn't do it with Polars (not even with its streaming mode), also on my laptop (so ~30GB). I was impressed that I was able to accomplish the same also with eg 10GB making it spill to disk.

It's used in production, but I see it more as a data processing tool rather than a "database" (i.e. "for storing/serving data"). It's an impressive replacement for pandas/polars, especially when memory is an issue.

The problem with Redshift is the AWS marketing department. Some claims they make in the docs are very close to what one could call lies. So the plan is figuring out how it really works possibly always making a POC beforehand and see if it fits your use case, costs etc. I think redshift is still great for what it's made for: data warehousing.

No, just once process, but when running on k8s I started noticing I had a different behavior than expected and came across issues like this one: https://github.com/duckdb/duckdb/issues/6519
