I travelled via Auh on the way from Heathrow to Phuket. On the way out connection was 55 minutes and we were 10 mins late. We did not have to go through security again walked off the first flight, 10 minute walk to next one and plane took off as soon as we sat down. Coming back we had a 2 hour layover we did have to go through security again and we our bags were swabed for explosives at the gate.

It's more then enough. We went the last few weeks and most meals for 3 people were about 1000 baht including a couple of drinks. You're budget is about 5500 a day for 2.

I don't hate my job. However I don't think there is any realistic position I could get where I would look forward to work over a free evening where I get to do what I want.
stellarplanetary
I'll have both in a month or so. I definitely think it's worse going to work in the dark though simply because it's something I don't want to do.

Of using anti-semitism as a shield. The vast majority of the general public did really have a bad word to say about them until the last 4 years.

They've been doing it for 70 years I'd say they did a pretty good job.

Even after the clocks go back the sun rises after 6:30am. They're are millions of people who wake up for work before this time including myself and it's f'ing misery going to work in the dark.

Surprised she didn't do Gorilla for me it's the best hip hop track of the last 5 years. Maybe she dropped it because she was supporting Gorillaz, double gorilla might have been too much.

They'll all be upper tier. Guessing lower will all be £100+.

I flew landed in Phuket as a first time visitor to Thailand pretty much exactly 2 weeks ago with just a hotel for the first 2 nights in Patong booked. Since then I've moved stayed in Phi Phi, Koh Lanta, Krabi, Phuket old town and then because it was quiet flew to Bangkok for 3 days. I haven't planned anything and booked most things the day of and it's been so easy to get around and I haven't paid more then £25 a night for a hotel (some of them which have been really stunning). The weather has been ok only once has it rained heavily for more than an hour the humidity is ridiculous compared to the UK. I've got no license so got Tuk tuks, cabs and bolts everywhere which has been really affordable. We even took a 3.5 hour taxi from Krabi to Phuket old town because my friend was really hungover for £55.

Can't forecast the weather but even if it rains you're in Thailand with everything you could want an arms length away.

Do you think the stadium move was worth it considering we hadn't won anything for 40 years at that point or do you think we've sold the identity of the club?
stellarplanetary
I've sat in those seats to see Jordan Rakei and it was still good, almost felt like you were on stage with him. Paid less then £40 though.

Boat trip took about 4 hours. We stayed for 3 nights which was probably slightly too long as it was still really quiet think 2 nights would be good. Definitely worth taking a walk up to the viewpoint stunning views of the whole island.

We did a tour with Maya bay, monkey island and some snorkeling last week that left at 2:30pm by longboat so definitely possible. It was very busy in Maya bay in the afternoon so I would probably advise to do the early trip to beat the crowds.

£350 to see the back of Raye's head is insane.

So I can't say this is the same for everyone but I've been in Thailand since the 10th. I was a little worried when I arrived about the the prescription thing but as soon as I arrived in Phuket on the taxi from the airport I saw so many weed shops I just played it by ear until someone stopped me. I've smoked everyday since then and bought pre rolls (figured it's a holiday so I'm literally going to do nothing) in Patong, Phi Phi, Koh Lanta, Krabi and Bangkok. No one has asked for a prescription or said a word to me about smoking I have been respectful about it though and only smoked completely out of the way, at the hotel and in/or around shops. Local police have been sat next to me smoking outside a shop and said nothing. Every hotel I've stayed in except Koh Lanta I've been able to see a weed shop from the entrance to the hotel.

It's everywhere had a spliff on Kohsan road yesterday, top 3 destinations I've ever smoked. Top destination I've ever smoked legally.

Because they're shit. The proper ones are out of of stock everywhere till Xmas. I've been in Thailand for the last 2 weeks and been a bit of an eye opener. The humidity is absolutely ridiculous on a completely different level to our summer but air con being everywhere has made it very manageable.

First night at Wembley really did shock me. I loved DM & WTSMG but went off them after that. I reckon it was close to 30 years since I'd actually put a track of theirs on when the reunion was announced. I only managed to get upper tier tickets but the atmosphere that day was on a different level to any gig I've ever been to and I've been to hundreds. As soon as the first song started I knew every single word and it felt like everyone else did too. Remember coming out completely emotionally drained took me weeks to recover.

In Thailand at the moment can't believe I didn't come sooner. The whole trip has been a breeze and so cheap compared to the UK. Been in Phuket, Phi Phi, Koh Lanta and Krabi for the last 11 days. Currently at the airport to go to Bangkok for a few days.
stellarplanetary
It's not going to take 45 mins today. Just got to the airport and there was a lot of traffic.
I was at the gig. I didn't even think I liked All I need before seeing it live. I couldn't get it out my head and listened to it 30 times on repeat on the way home from the O2.
