Moat likely the ECM then, honestly. The fan gets all its power from the ECM, and a malfunctioning coolant temperature sensor would only make the fan come on, not affecting its actual speed

There was a lot of crunch, content cutting etc, which you can kinda feel, particularly with how generally empty zones feel for their size, the rather... simple.... combat AI, and the laughable final boss fight
