Crestron doesnt run on php as ecosystem is based on Microsoft.NET framework and Logi runs on Android ecosystem..

crestron, brightsign players and logi are good...

these are not, but due to concern - muxlab has not patched since last year and even if you go to their website, its medium risk as its running some sort of php...

Atleast provide something to end customer either they are working on it or atleast wait until fix comes out. nothing not even reply back.

Make sure you are using Logitech proprietary cables and not 3rd party.

Do you have TAP or byod? If you have tap, is Ms Teams room?

It sounds like you have Logi RallyPlus system and did it come with roommate or windows compute?

If you raise ticket with Logi, they are great and response time is 24 hours and they do some troubleshooting.

Meetings all day that’s crazy… it could be soemthing your IT doing during day? Have you reached to see if nots switch it’s connected to?

Send some pictures of room so we can have a look?

Then you end up paying for custom programming and if something fails, you have to rely on them and take weeks to to fix…

This it’s more ready to go, easier to setup since it require their own software to setup systems
