I work at a license store so we don’t brew decaf coffee. As far as pouring shots go, people barely order decaf so it’s pretty easy to remember when they do. And most usually double check at hand off “it’s decaf right?”

And then they get mad when it isn’t filled to the top

The pecan tastes exactly the same as last year and a lot of the sandwiches have that on it — it’s flour, not mold. I’m not sure on pumpkin as I don’t like pumpkin, but the muffin seems to be the same size as always.

Inventory can take up to 24 hours to update. People still stuff all the time. They could also be in the back in a box somewhere and nobody knows because they haven’t gotten to push it yet. My store still keeps them all at guest service.

As a target TM (team lead, actually) we literally are not allowed to hold those items. AP watches us ALL THE TIME and thats an offense that can get us fired. Nobody is hiding Needohs from you. Guest service only knows how guest service works usually. Not everyone knows how the actually order process works, or the truck, etc. Learn how to cope like an adult.
