mine is primarily somatic and part auditory/visual, but i’ve gotten a lot better about the auditory/visual aspects of it since i started suffering from emetophobia

my pitbull does the EXACT same thing, literally down to a T. especially with the petting and grabbing my arm with his paw so i’ll keep petting him. he loves it, but sometimes it worries me that he’s scared or nervous
