It is a November 2005 model and it was repaired for the DVD drive eating discs and RROD. Do you think I could fuck it up?
tapo
It's just an interesting interpretation that even though they made a physical object the result is AI generated due to the scan.
You're not wrong either, I think society is going to have a lot of interesting discussions about art and what processes are positive vs detrimental.
tapo
My dog is named Edi, that obsession doesn't go away!
tapo
And they developed two popular games with 350 people.
tapo
Do people run out of RAM?
tapo
hard ban on all AI generated assets, including those that are just edited, touched up, etc.
The way The Finals uses it, the prop is built by hand and scanned in, the AI builds the 3D model.
Is that AI generated the way you defined? Because a human doesn't make the 3D model, the AI does. The human makes the physical model.
tapo
So making a physical model and scanning it in is AI
tapo
100% agree, he's talking about social features not networking here
tapo
Couldn't that be accomplished today by community tags?
tapo
"Most" people care about the code being AI, too. I
In this thread alone we have someone advocating for an AI flag but says most people don't care about AI code.
tapo
The Finals uses AI to generate models from photogrammetry, is that an AI generated asset? Because that's about to become wildly popular too.

Compositors have bugs, not really Wayland itself. In my experience Kwin has been much smoother with muiltiple monitors and refresh rates for a while.

I use Bazzite for all productivity work because I find it nicer. If I am installing a complex compiler tool chain it's neatly contained and not getting mixed in with the rest of my system.
I've gone longer on Bazzite/Kinoite without reinstalling than any other distro.

I'm a principal engineer. I don't want him to be right, but he is right.
Recent models are so good at coding that they take minutes for what would otherwise take me days of work, and they can much more easily consider every edge case and security implication.
It's like how C replaced assembly. Some people will still hand optimize or hand code but it's a rapid, massive shift and it's going to be intensely disruptive.

My kid watched the original after we ran out of these (I've never seen it) and it didn't click with her.
The theme songs alone I think show the massive gap in pacing.

What subreddit are you on
tapo
They're different layers, PRISM is for instruction set, Proton is for APIs.
Valve has an open source equivalent to Prism that the Steam Frame uses called Fex.
tapo
But they can already do that, the features are already here.
tapo
The surveillance already exists, I'm talking about timing between tolls.
tapo
I have a young child I have a strong injection to speeding.
You ever walk by the Children's Museum and see the monument for that dead 3 year old?
tapo
I don't get your argument here. If I can play games under Linux, it doesn't restrict your freedom to do anything.
tapo
They used to use Xbox heavily, review codes were almost entirely Xbox 360 during its lifespan and the PS3 was an afterthought.
Yeah I did sell my PS4 Pro a while ago for the PS5 Pro and have no regrets there, backwards compatibility is perfect.
