Yes, 99214, 90833, and 96136 can be billed together for the same 75-minute appointment, as long as everything is documented. You just have to make sure each service is separate and medically necessary. Document the time spent on each. Lastly, list the tests used for 96136. So it's like this, 99214-25 is for the main office visit, 90833 is an add-on for the psychotherapy part, and 96136 is for at least 30 minutes of testing and scoring. I hope this helps.

While researching BCBA's, for ABA Billing Services, I found some BCBA specialties on the BACB Registry bacb dot com, just use the search to look up BCBAs by location, certification type, and supervision availability. And another thing I do is cross-reference on Google search and LinkedIn to find specialties, like this: BCBA + [specialty]” (“BCBA geriatric care” or “BCBA law enforcement”) or Behavior analyst + public safety. I hope this helps even a little bit. 😊
Sorry for the delay in this reply! And yes! You are correct, 96136 and 90822 both require at least 16 minutes to be billed, aligning with AMA's general time reporting standards for time-based codes.
