The City's legal team told them the moratorium would lose in court, it sucks but not really a flip flop. We could have held off on a moratorium since we are nowhere near shovels in the ground and found something that works legally

There has been an effort by some outside her ward to discredit Hwang, Farr has some name recognition from people who don't realise how bad a councillor he was and promises to get rid of homeless people etc (which he can't actually do but civic knowledge is in the toilet)

It can if it truly is a delay at a ward/poll. They can't release the numbers as it may cause people to change their vote which results in lawsuits from candidates
