I dont get paid for on call. Im hourly. when I get home at the end of the day (and ive told my bosses this) my work phone stays in my car. When they gave me the work phone, they only gave me a car charger for it. So thats where it lives when im not at work.

My Program Manager, and only a couple coworkers I like have my personal number and have been told they can call me for ITS ON FIRE emergencies.

No one has called me on my day off, after my shift ends, or while out sick or on vacation once is almost 3 years here... well not that I know of anyway.
