Just write your prompt, and at the end write “Refactor my prompt and then answer”.

Works every time. Or just stick it in your custom instructions.

“Always refactor and rearchitect my prompt and then answer immediately.”

Yup, Claude, a few months ago, and was readying to format 2 hard drives. AFTER I had Claude look through them.

I did the first drive fine, had it look through the whole thing, copy data off of it, and format it. Got to the second drive.

“Okay, now drive E:”

Formatting drive E:

NOOOOOOO!

Kinda on me, but AGI it was not.

Yeah, i just let my pixel phone spam blocker deal with most of those people. That does sound like a fun way to do it though.

I had a lot of trouble finding the sweet spot between response time and voice/response quality with mine. I forget what it is using currently, but I think I settled on an actual voice to voice model.

tehrob

It works pretty well for simply getting more information about an issue someone is having, it is running on my 5090 and i am really working on having models easily swap around and being able to do multiple things with the computer rather than just holding a single model in memory forever. I actively use the computer and people aren’t calling the phone number all the time.

It asks ~3-5 follow up questions depending on the complexity, plus the name and spelling if needed and can take an animal and or phone number, plus grab the callers number from caller id through astricks. It is all hooked up to an old payphone so it is more a fun project/work in progress than something super useful at this point.

tehrob

I created a modern ‘answering machine’ that can use voice to respond to the caller, ask a few questions based on the initial message and then take down name and phone number and produce a summary of it for me.

I will just leave this here.

The execution was successfully executed. It just failed to execute her.

Simple Green works pretty well for instant killing, along with borax bait for long term killing.

Well... we can... but... not sure we will get the right answers.

In fact, I just used your exact post, only adding to only give well sourced verbatim context quotes. There is no reason that wouldn't work for any other questions one had.

Steve, what kind of pizza do you like?

Canon G2420 printer has no Wi-Fi capability. :(

If reinstalling the Canon driver keeps failing, try actually purging the old one first: unplug the printer, remove it from Windows, run printui /s /t2 and delete the Canon driver/package, stop the Print Spooler and clear C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS, reboot, then install a freshly downloaded G2420 driver before plugging the printer back in. Windows can keep reusing a broken old driver package even after you “reinstall” it.

Obviously. Not EVERYTHING needs to be learned forever. Pulling together a collection of multiple sources and synthesizing a more complete answer from all of them... does assist me in learning, yes.

It's not a bad thing to solve problems in reverse.

AWWWWW HELLL YEAH!

I am here for it.

I can now catch up with the top experts in near any field in a matter of moments to days or weeks.

No, it is not perfect, but better, it can help me FIND those real experts, businesses, organizations that might be more complicated than just a simple 'google search' away.

On top of that, even without expertise in programming, I can now create personal, bespoke apps/webpages/scripts that can help me do the things I want and need to do with more finesse and ease.

That's not even mentioning the levels of research and correspondence that this makes possible to help with the systems that have existed forever that make things difficult.

I had to do a renewal of my passport recently, the post office gave me advice that wasn't correct, that cost me time and money and now I have to do different paperwork again! You think I'm wanting to 'learn' how to do passport applications? I, do not. AI will help me with it.

Local, online, IRL, I look forward to learning WITH these new tools, as they evolve and help us more.

Something like ATVtools and developer mode will let you disable/delete MANY of the apps that you don’t want running.

It is spooky for the wrong reasons to me. The front doors are made of plywood, the egyptian motif faded but still there. Spirit seems to have ~1 layout for stores and they depend on square footage. If it is smaller, they just get less.

It was kinda neat for a second, but you don't even get to see the whole store, just about half of it.

I’d counter for the $445 + all filing/service costs. The 96-hour rule isn’t automatically applicable here, so I wouldn’t gamble on quadruple damages unless you can prove the tow company violated the written-authorization rules. Also don’t sign any release that accidentally lets the tow company off the hook.

It’s Billy Evans.

Reviews from people who actually saw You Can See Everything at Telluride say Holmes’ partner invites the camera crew into the bathroom while he showers. One review is completely explicit: Evans, “clearly aware a camera was on him,” “proudly displays his, uh, manhood.” Another says he lets the cameras watch him shower “with nothing left to the imagination.”

Source: RogerEbert.com and the Telluride report quoting the scene directly.

Sometimes. Much of the time it is just weird for the sake of being weird.
