Kind of yes. My neighbors dog pooped and pee’d in the exact same spot in my rocks for years. It left a discolored circle with missing rocks in the middle from scooping them with the poop. One time I asked if they could spread it out to give the spot time to heal and I was the bad guy. They moved out about six months and the spot is already looking better but still discolored.
