The Frenzied host detachment rule was changed with the last MFM / BDS. It now gives SUS 1 only to battleline models in the unit. So only the Infractors benefit from it.

The rule is no longer called "big guns never tire" you can find all relevant infos here "10.06 - Close quarters shooting", "17.03 - Shooting at engaged monsters and vehicles", "17.03.01 - Shooting while enganged with monsters / vehicles"

In eleven you modify damage after you have rolled your saves, these abilities where buffed with 11th. Attack allocation means assign failed saves to models.

only if you have other rules allowing this you can shoot or charge after an action

within means always that a part of a model is in range of sth. as the complete footprint is the objective you are also within 3" of it even if all units are on the footprint. within has nothing to do eith edges of sth.
and as you also have to end your move within the the range of the objective you can freely move arround on the footprint.

no the vehicle does not get cover, by touching the footprint all three eradicators can see the vehicle.
and all eradicators can see the complete vehicle without any LOS blocking terrain features.

important is that touching a footprints only gives infantry, beast and swarm models cover.
for everything else you need to have line of sight blocked by an actual terrain feature.

vehicle never get cover from just touching a footprint only bei intervening terrain, see 13.08.
footprints are only important for infantry, beast and swarm.
