File a claim with their insurance company. Don't just tell them. My lawyer who writes contracts for builders recommended I do that for ANY claim. It gives protection if after the fact something goes wrong.

I use Herman miller embody chair. I had the Aeron new model for about 5 years but I don’t think it was good for my back. I use a temperpedic Tempur-adapt soft bed. I am 150-160lb and 5’10” I don’t feel any pressure points in this bed. I do take cyclobenzaprine at night to sleep otherwise my back is too tight to relax and sleep even on this bed.

Btw I do planks and side planks and they are magic for lower back herniated disc. Like immediate recovery from feeling a buldge.

Whatever you do DO NOT get an after market windshield even though it will be cheaper. It will be much more likely to crack in the future and the insurance company will not replace it with a manufacturer's windshield because you had an aftermarket windshield that needed replacing. Also the after market windshield might even be less then your deductible.
