MAGA absolutely loves Orban. The MAGA platform for the UN is somewhere between disruption and evisceration, I'm sure Orban will be happy to do that.

Seems like a disappointing result, or at least an indication that a lot more work is needed. A 2x improvement in one type and no improvement on another certainly doesn't justify the costs of space manufacturing.

Before putting the plastic film on its a good idea to use something like the grey putty caulking cord to stop any air leaks. Most useful for old double hung windows, they always leak like sieves.

He's been pro Russia way before 2016. He first visited Moscow in 1987 to explore real estate deals and has been obsessed with building a Trump Tower there ever since. He's had tons of Russian money in his business, held the Miss Universe pageant there, tweeting in 2013
"Do you think Putin will be going to The Miss Universe Pageant in November in Moscow - if so, will he become my new best friend?"

One aspect of this I haven't seen discussed is implications for Elon Musk. His own brother has said that they were illegal immigrants that abused the student visa system. Does he really want the next Dem admin to have a denaturalization task force dig into 3 decade old allegations like the one's against Omar?

So prior to elections politicians get 4th amendment++ protections?
It was a bipartisan policy honored so as to attempt to lessen the harm of having the DoJ enmeshed in politics. That goal has clearly gone out the window, the DoJ was damaged to the point it will take decades to recover well before this incident.

Investigations have, in the past at least, required adequate predicates. The president ordering it or random internet rumors would not be considered adequate predicates, there must be something solid on which to base an investigation.

Actually the reason for the raid was stronger than what you described. The raid was undertaken because there had been a subpoena for the material and Trump not only did not return all of it in knowing defiance of the subpoena, he took active steps to conceal it.
This is significant because he was only ever charged for the material he did not return. He was not charged for the material that he did return, the same as Biden and Pence.

Did you post this in the wrong place? I have no idea what your personal experience with solar panels has to do with FedEx getting EVs.

Rivian makes a small number of vans, 7000 in the first half of the year. Their contract with Amazon is long term, they have a few other smaller fleet clients, no sales to consumers.
They are putting much more effort into their consumer business. that's what's determining the stock price

I absolutely abhor Musk's politics but it is definitely true that he has saved the defense/intelligence complex $Bs while also providing them capabilities that no one else could.
Prior to SpaceX government launch was monopolized by ULA, a joint venture of Boeing and Lockheed. They were super expensive and not competitive on the commercial market, and launched rarely needing years of lead time. Oh and their main rocket used Russian engines. SpaceX severely undercut them on price, so not only saved money directly but also forced ULA to lower their prices. Also, when ULAs new rocket was years late SpaceX was able to step in on short notice and launch all the defense/intelligence payloads that ULA could not. SpaceX did something similar for Europe when they lost access to space.
In terms of providing capabilities that no one else can, Starlink is the envy of militaries the world over. SpaceX developed it privately with no government money but the Pentagon liked it so much they ordered their own version. It's proven indispensable to Ukraine in a hot war.

Let's hope the Vegas project remains viable. I'm sure tariffs and worker shortages have hit them hard, bond buyers are going to demand higher returns with the FL news on top of rising interest rates generally.

Only on pilot scale. Even the Europeans aren't using them in any appreciable amount.

As far as I'm aware we don't have a good model for economic growth at scale that doesn't include cement. Nigeria et al, deserves to have modern bridges, roads, buildings, etc like we enjoy in the West. If there was an alternative they could afford they should consider it but I don't think it's moral to ask them to wait.
How would you compare this to Azure Standard?
