Especially because it was pitched as a remake of Wings of Desire, which I loved. (It’s not a remake. It’s an Americanization.)

How is Omni different from bi? Are you assuming bi is enby- or trans-exclusionary? Or does Omni specifically include things like star gender/otherkin? I id’d as bi since the 80s; tried on pan for a couple years, but recently heard that pan = doesn’t notice gender and bi = attraction to your own and other genders, with gender being an element of attraction. So I’m leaning toward switching back to the bi label, but not if it’s going to make people incorrectly assume I’m enby- or trans-excluding.

That’s History Channel though, no?

?? I have literally never heard “Equal attraction”. Aren’t like 30% of the posts on this sub ‘Am I still pan if I prefer XYZ?’”, and the answer is “Yes”? Most pan people have preferences/leanings, but they don’t categorically exclude anyone from their attraction pool based on gender.

I was warned by a young person of my acquaintance “If you ever decide to watch the Hobbit movies, keep reminding yourself that it’s not a movie adaptation of The Hobbit; it’s a movie adaptation of Peter Jackson’s fanfic based on The Hobbit but with a Mary Jane and amusement park rides. I think Andor is a masterpiece. The only thing I have seen recently that didn’t trigger the “not as good as Andor” feeling is Heated Rivalry. I started it for the smut, but I was astonished by the whole production—writing and character development, cinematography/shot-framing, story structure, music choices, editing, little Easter eggs everywhere, plus shapeshifter-level acting from the leads and solid work from the entire cast. It’s extraordinary. The fandom is unlike anything I have seen before. It seems like there’s at least a 65% chance of becoming immediately addicted/only being able to consume Heated Rivalry and related media for literally months.

I’m not familiar with Trailer Park Boys, so this tattoo just gives me the Ick.

Cosmic Crisp has higher contrast between the red and the lenticels. CC’s red is a deeper red, like a Tempranillo wine. CC’s lenticels are usually pinprick-tight, not smudgy like some of these.

I have never had a mushy/mealy Braeburn. They are a bit harder/less “breaking crisp” than Honeycrisp but the flavor is more complex/has more of an arc. I blind-taste-tested Braeburn v Honeycrisp when Honeycrisp was getting popular, and I like Braeburn better.

Please do this and blog about it and livestream the fights.

I miss Braeburn so much. It used to be widely available where I live, but then the whole sweetiecrunch era happened (Honeycrisp/Envy/Kiku/Snapdragon/Cosmic Crisp/etc.) and Braeburn has been squeezed out 😩
