If you check the app advertised and the type of the ad network (like Google ads or any else, you'll need to tap the 'i' icon to learn more about the ad's provider) - please, report this info - we'll contact the ad team and make a request to take the ad off.

This is something the ad networks place on their own, but we can make requests to them on filtering specific ads.

Thanks in advance

The fix is on its way 😌 the update should be available soon

Well that’s not all weapon for the season 14, so don’t rush 😉

We tried an art contest for the first time, seems we will need more rewards for the winners in the future :)

Your work was really great, so don't get upset!

Yes, of course!

It would be great if you could DM iOS more detailed about this issue so that we could forward all this to our tech team

Hi, this has been reported for further investigation in the support dep, thank you

Hi, thanks for giving a detailed explanation about both what happened and the response you got. We’ll be able to investigate this further with our support team on Monday and I’ll let you know how it goes.

Don’t have all the info yet but the winners will be posted soon 😀

Np :) still waiting for the last participant’s ID and we are ready to announce 🙂

Hey there, the results will be published in a few hours

The beta-test for levels 45+ started yesterday :)

Hey there, sorry it was missing - I've approved it and it's back on the main page, check it out :-) Thanks for noticing

Hey there, I was told about the last week, sorry, I’m not in charge of the survey but I’ll check about this issue first thing tomorrow and I’ll let you know

Hey there, please, check the thread, I've answered you there 🤗

Hi there,

We've PMd all winners (u/hauryaharsh, u/ETFskaama and u/MrDooze)

Sorry there hasn't been a separate thread this time as the contest was quite small, but please, do participate in the running contests - I wish you luck!

I think there is no limit for the minimum

IT’S A DESPERATE RACE AGAINST THE MINE

AND A RACE AGAINST TIME 🎶

I wish I could help you with the offer you made here but you'll need to check the in-game store

How so?

Hey there,

Thanks for reporting - this is investigated atm

Depends on the level, league and the spec you prefer to play for - please, share more info :-)

This issue has been reported to the team as we requested to overlook the autobans during the investigation of the issues reported - please, doublecheck.

There is a token of appreciation for any player who supports the game by making any in-game purchase - disabling the ads for the whole season.

I see your point, and we're doing our best to improve the situation - drawing team's attention to the most crucial issues so that they are not overlooked.
