Just in case you didn't catch it. Just type out some of your hobbies in the YT search bar in Spanish. You can also change your language settings in YT. Not only will you find the stuff that is most interesting to you, you will learn the vocabulary so that you can talk about yourself to others.

Reminds me of all those missionaries who would go to Russia in the 90s to teach English using the Bible as their textbook. Nothing like a good bait and switch to introduce people to your lord and savior.

Kindle app on my phone. My TL is Spanish so I was able to check out ebooks from my local library. They didn't seem to have much content outside Spanish and English. But other libraries may be different.

This one is produced by RNE and has very high production values. I would say it is similar to an NPR program.

I was just wondering when the video was taken, because he looks a lot younger in it.

The transition from Beginner content to native content. There really aren't a lot of good options there. When learning Russian, I had a patient friend who just dumbed down the language and spoke slow so I could understand. When learning Spanish, I was able to find some content, but I still had to power through and look up tons of words when reading or listening to content.

It was about 10 knots when going forward and 8 knots when going backwards, measured from land. However the current significantly reduces my apparent wind.

When the wind comes from the south or north, those are the days to be sure to go out.

I belong to that club at the end of racer's row

No, Newport, OR

Or sometimes even when we have the sails up, we are running the motor.

timberyanka

I was wondering what the sailing was like there. Whenever they show pictures of Newport Harbor on the weather forecast, it looks like it is all fishing boats.

timberyanka

I have had no trouble getting in and out.

timberyanka

I turned off the recording when I turned the motor back on... Otherwise yes.

I sail in the Columbia and I frequently see logs in the water. I haven't noticed that I have hit one yet. To be honest, I worry about the jet skis more, the annoying bastards.

You could try local brokers near your area. Also if you take a walk through your local marina, I am sure you will find boats for sale.

timberyanka

Anything less than 50 hours a day is not going to get you there.

That one is quite a bit bigger and I don't think it is close to a railroad. It looks similar to a few of the little churches that I ride by outside Hillsboro, but the few I checked don't match.

Only if you end up in the ditch because you weren't using them....

The key word is "comprehensible". Also I have never heard him or any other proponent of comprehensible input advocate for passive listening.

In fairness, I had this as a potential group of death after the draw, although it looks like Real Madrid's group was the actual group of death

el bestiario de axlin by Laura Gallego. Laura writes mostly fantasy for young adults.

The classes are concerned about safe boating. And you will learn about the laws and safety systems associated with that. None of it is specific to where you are boating. I took mine with boatus.org.

If you want more information, I have heard good feedback on classes sponsored by United States Power Squadron. I have a friend that I sail with who loved the classes. There is a lot of content that is useful for sailboats even though it is designed for powerboats. You can also look into ASA if you want to learn to sail.

I tried entering "reparar bicicletas" in search bar for youtube. Plenty of results on how to fix your bike in Spanish. You should be able to pick up the relevant vocab from those.
