Yeah they are absolutely losing to Claude right now in all - features, limits and compute
tocaunt
Because it’ll keep even more inference load on their servers. They do not add that feature intentionally, to save compute.

I’ve got 17 days active goal once. I’ve built a good pipeline of issues that were needed to be fixed, related to game network synchronization (which was single player at first), and asked Codex to keep fixing them one by one - I’ve got hundreds of iterations until my pipeline got fully emptied

Ask it to handoff into a file and start a new thread with it

As always, nothing cool or better than they had before

Did I ever said it happened?

Well I wanted to burn 90% of my fuel tomorrow, because I know that I’ll refill after tomorrow. Now I can’t afford burning 90% tomorrow because someone moved my refill day 7 days away.

It is hidden
tocaunt
Really 100%. They intentionally made all of us to burn out tokens and gave us "banked" one so you have no choice but to apply it immediately.
Anyway, I appreciate whatever they give 🙂
I’ll try to stretch my 20% until my normal reset date and use a banked within day-one from it, so I get two full weeks.

No one promised a reset at 3AM. That reply on his X is completely unrelated to the reset.
tocaunt
Hope it is running well yet?

Dude GPT 6 Astra on Ultra would easily consume whole weekly limit on x20 in 1 hour. You're on Plus?!

Ukraine says NO
tocaunt
I guess 3AM-copium guys were wrong
tocaunt
I am burning my limit with Astra Ultra Fast for next 10 minutes. If no reset, I am slowing down

5.6 has exact same problem on my $200 plan

Both humans and ai are useless in most cases. In 99% of the cases it ends up with the user creating a new account, buying new stuff, or reinstalling something. I can count on my fingers how many things "online support" of any service has actually helped me with something for the last 20 years.
So I prefer AI support, at least it’s fast at failing of solving user questions.
