QOTD: I hope it's okay to put this, but tw! Talk of SI, harm, etc: I'm proud that I got help for my mental health when I did at 16. I've been thinking about this more lately and how I was so close to not being here. I'm so glad I told a teacher and we got resources for therapy. Therapy and antidepressants literally saved my life. It still gets me emotional lol. I guess I'm feeling vulnerable today 😅. I'm proof that you can go through a lot and survive 🩷.
