It's not as cheap / easy compared to the north, but also not difficult. Start by asking one of the surf guides or hotel staffs. Reliability (time, price , quality) varies so try to order from 2+ people. The best one gets the next order.

I'm currently based in morocco. Regardless of air temp, the water will be 18 - 22 celsius, perhaps cooler in the morning. That's quite a bit lower than CR's 25-30c water average. Most people will wear a 3/2.

Imsouane is really nice but can get a bit crowded. Go to the bay during low tides, Cathedral on high tides. Enjoy!
