That's a really difficult milestone, I'm sorry you're there.

I've got a cousin who died at 17, and it has been about 31 years since she left. It's honestly wild how fast time flies.

My mom died at 31, and in January it'll be 34 years since she died. I'm still having a really hard time with the fact that she's been dead longer than she lived. I've also lived a decade longer than she did so far, yet somehow I still feel like a kid looking around to see who is in charge.

I don't really have advice, just hoping that by sharing you'll know that you're not alone. 💚

It was one of those big vans, so the spare was underneath the vehicle. I wasn't there so I don't know exactly how it happened. I know that my cousin is a registered nurse and she's got PTSD from finding her husband that way. There was nothing she could do.

My cousin's first husband was attempting to change the tire on the family van that morning. The jack he used didn't hold while he was under the vehicle.

Always use a cinder block or something else actually stable before getting underneath a vehicle. He was a really good guy and left behind some children who are now adults. They deserved to have their dad growing up.

Similarly, my dad died from the same thing after just 4 months of being diagnosed. I was pregnant with his first grandchild that he didn't end up getting to meet. It has been almost a decade and I'm still devastated.

Tennessee allows for firing squad. If I'm not mistaken, she had requested that instead of lethal injection, stating she had abnormally small veins. Seems like she was afraid of something like this happening.

I'm convinced I'm allergic to it or something. Smelling it can give me a migraine, and eating anything with it in there usually results in a terrible stomach ache. The last time I tried to eat pumpkin pie, I ended up regretting my choice for about the following 48 hours. That's been around 14 years ago at this point. Just not worth it at all.

I often wonder if my mom was relieved for me to watch that movie on repeat, because she died at the very beginning of 1993, when I was 7.5.

When I was growing up, my dentist's name was Dr. Payne.

We had both kids' first flights on a recent trip. I was able to book the window seat for our younger child next to my husband (his seats had already been booked by his job, we were tagging along), but of the rest of the seats on the flight, I was forced to book my older child (9) in one window seat with "my" seat the window seat the row behind. I just sat next to my 9yr old and offered the person my window seat or the option to sit next to my 9yr old for the flight. They picked the window seat.

POTUS bitches about citizens having too many holidays, these fucking clowns have barely worked this entire year. The fuck are we paying them for if they're just going to be on vacation constantly.
