same problem here... unfortunately my only other option because skywave does bot seem to maintain archives of older versions is to revert to a 4.1x version of the iso ihave on my hard drive, but the UI on it SUCKS compared to the 3.x version i am currently running.

barrel length must be at least 18" or they'll kill your dog, your son, and your wife. that's measured IIRC from the bolt face to the end of the barrel. any shorter and it's a felony without a tax stamp. and if you need it shorter than 18" you need the tax stamp first before you modify it. free men don't ask permission, but at the same time you don't want to have your dad to go to prison for a mistake you made... i own a Rem 870 with a similar configuration with an 18-1/4" barrel and the mag tube is 1/2" longer than the barrel, so such a configuration is not uncommon... also, IIRC police shotguns are cylinder bore like mine, and do not use chokes... because police departments want to also be able to shoot slugs if they need to.

yugoslavian SKS. if the barrel is bent from the heat of a fire, it's likely the heat treating of the bolt and receiver have also been compromised. i would just clean it up, put wood furniture back on it, and use it as a wall hanger, don't try firing it.

the metal ones are very light by themselves, and very durable. why you want cheap plastic copies of them is a mystery. if this is for some theatrical production, you cannot successfully reproduce the metallic "clank"of opening a real ammo can.

wait until you get to the "ping" when it's empty....

once again, these gun grabber ghouls are feeding off the dead bodies of a tragedy before they are even cold... why TF does she have an austrailian flag over her shoulder in this speech? we are not british subjects, but American Citizens. pound sand evil clown, WE WILL NOT COMPLY!!!

then let her move to9 Australia where the 2A doesn't exist... either that or put her in jail for violating her oath of office.

you wouldn't want to... she'd try to pillowtalk you with too much leftist garbage...

Wilson mags work great. i also have some generic 10 and 15 round mags i got at a gun show but i had to tweak the followers and feed lips to get them to feed reliably.

just move to a red state. very few states in the US require FOID cards.

edit: after reading the rest of the comments, it's a possibility depending on if a judge committed you to a mental health institution or not, that you may be federally prohibited from owning a firearm. if you have overcome your problems there are legal means to regain your 2A rights. if you are sure you have overcome your problems, and a legal challenge is unsuccessful, there is one other option, and that's black powder guns (although some states like MA, NY, CA. and possibly IL may not see it that way), which do not require a background check to own.

you think these assclowns represent their voters? WRONG!!!!! they represent the lobbyists like Everyclown and CommieMommies Demand Action, who pays their campaign shit-tons of cash to get them elected. if you live in NY, YOU VOTED FOR THIS. the only way to stop this bullshit is to a) change your voting habits and get these morons out of office, or b) get out of NY and let NY collapse into a hellhole nobody wants to live in.

also, NICS is only for firearm sales from FFLs. the FBI will NOT do background checks for ammo sales, or 3D printers or anything else. why these legislizards assume otherwise is a mystery of stupidity.

look up "reprap"... which i'm sure these congresslizards will call "ghost 3D printers" where does the rabid anti-gun insanity end? besides what's to stop somebody from a) driving across state lines to buy a printer, or b) ordering one online? lefty legislators are dumb as a box of box of rocks.

i forget the number, but i drove over that bridge on Mass Ave every day to work for several years... (i cheated and looked it up and it's 364.4 Smoots (+/-1 ear)). leave it to drunk MIT students to invent a nonlinear unit of measurement that kinda works.

let me guess... Vulcan Arms lower from about 1995...

colorado background checks go through CSP, (Colorado State Police), not NICS, and "red cards"are on record with CSP. i would call CSP to ask this question.

in our current political climate, i would replace Shakespeare's "Methinks the Lady protests too much" with "methinks the Lady PROJECTS too much". grabbers are obsessed with power, and if you handed them a tool, like a firearm (or even a chainsaw, sword, knife, or whatever...) they know they would use it to gain more power over others. so, since armed citizens are a threat to such power, they project their own emotional baggage upon you, John Q Citizen, and propose removing YOUR God given rights, because they know THEY can't be trusted with the same rights. grabbers are FELONS at heart, and we are not. that's what separates us from grabbers.

tell me ur an Everytown shill without telling me ur an Everytown shill.

there were people there who could have answered with bullets that chose to hide outside the building... obviously they had no balls... you are your own first responder.

this is almost as bad as the Klinton Empire's idea of putting some kind of serialized markers in gunpowder that would identify the source of ammunition used at a crime scene... first of all it's technology that doesn't exist, and second, it's easily defeated with simple means. the microstamping by the simple use of a file or even a screwdriver, and the "powder markers" by using foreign sourced ammo. i'd like to know what these leftie think tanks are smoking, sounds like some seriously strong shit.

Marlin Camp Carbine in .45. there's a feedramp wedge that always wants to seat itself backwards when reassembling the rifle, and is difficult to seat it in the proper orientation. plus the trigger assembly had a tendency to get jammed up.

ROFLMAO!!!!!! gets cut off "mid grabber speech". anybody got a source for this. i want to see the whole thing.

ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!! right in his face mid-grabber-speech... FJB and the horse rode in on too.

Kalashnikov, or Browning.

get your congresscritter to vote for funding them for only $1.00, and i think ATF will get the message. no money until the bullshit stops. use the (D) party tactics against them, and bury it layers deep in an "omnibus bill" where they will never actually read it, and probably pres poopy pants will never read it either (hint, make it one sentence rather than a whole paragraph that says "the ATF budget for the next fiscal year is $1.00"). if it passes we get at least two years of the ATF able to do absolutely nothing to infringe.

maybe a "pie in the sky" thought, but still one worth pursuing at least.
