That person is incorrect, light cardio is perfectly fine, and often recommended for rest in the context of strength training.

You do need to make sure you have the diet and sleep to recover from the actual training though.

Excellent read. I do think gallipoli gets an extra boost thanks to ataturks famous speech and friendship with Australia,

Two things can be bad at once

You mean openAntisemitism, where you frequently have people openly agreeing with hitler and getting upvoted for it, might be a contributor?

https://www.reddit.com/r/OpenAussie/s/5WMuDUhWp8

Or complaining about “0.4% of the population”

Thanks for making it very clear that’s it’s the Jews you have a problem with.

I’m sorry, you have been deemed insufficiently antisemitic to get upvoted on openAntisemitism.

Your crime is not denying Sexual violence against a predominantly Jewish population.

You got people openly supporting hitlers takes, though don’t worry he said the magic word that absolves him of antisemitism.

Don’t worry, the mods will be here soon to tell us this sub isn’t an antisemitic hotbed lmao

Oh MWM are false flag cookers, that’s a shame.

What a shock that a terrorist attack aimed at Jews would get the conspiracy nutters out of the woodwork.

antisemitism is a replacement word for judenhate and only has one meaning.

It has nothing to do with the definition of semites.

But you know that.

“Never believe that anti-Semites are completely unaware of the absurdity of their replies. They know that their remarks are frivolous, open to challenge. But they are amusing themselves, for it is their adversary who is obliged to use words responsibly, since he believes in words. The anti-Semites have the right to play. They even like to play with discourse for, by giving ridiculous reasons, they discredit the seriousness of their interlocutors. They delight in acting in bad faith, since they seek not to persuade by sound argument but to intimidate and disconcert.”

They know, they just want an excuse which makes them somehow not an antisemite.

No. A dog whistle about being near suburbs with certain demographics is always obvious bigotry. Just like when people say it about lakemba eh, or similar suburbs to mean Arabs

It’s a dog whistle about Jews. Lots of antisemitism in any article like this.

Yea they’ll delete anything too blatant, but they’ll let the users stay no matter how often they do it. Basically helping them walk the line of deniability

Unfortunately you didn’t even see the half of it.

https://www.reddit.com/r/OpenAussie/s/woxO1hTLlU

I try to keep an eye out and keep reporting their blatant antisemitism, which they try to hide as anti-zionism in other subs.

Pretty typical open antisemitism for this subreddit. Very much to be expected here

You know who lmao, kangaroo is usually pretty good at keeping the mask up, but it’ll always slip occasionally

Mask slipped and he said what he really believes, blaming the Jews

Yea, this subs mods temp banned me for calling it out;

Unfortunately no matter the users open beliefs dogwhistles are fully permitted by this subreddit

https://www.reddit.com/r/OpenAussie/s/EX83y6LyBy

I mean past tactics killed people, I don’t see why anyone sane would allow a repeat of the same thing.

You’d have to be very unrealistic to think that hamas is incapable of reusing prior tactics.

The morality of how the response is conducted is another matter, but obviously Israel would never allow it.

That involves kites with multi kilometre long lines that were carrying petrol bombs.

Not exactly the same thing.

There’s significant overlap in mods between here and the Palestine subs. Though it’s also just that this sub is pretty inactive.

Good. This is a textbook case of discrimination on the exact thing that the sda is meant to prevent.

Will get the right wing nut jobs rowdy thought
