But all you need to do is literally send an email to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) that says: "Hey team, I saw you have the cheaper Kayo option available now. Can I get you to change out my existing Kayo for that one please and reissue my invoice? Here's my membership number. Thanks."

They'll sort it out and you'll be on the cheaper option going forward.

The thing about it is that it wasn't an option when you first added your Kayo digital membership. The club isn't going to assume you want the reduced price product, and change your membership for something you don't want, so it won't change your membership.

Simple way to deal with this is to email the club, and just ask for your membership invoice to be updated to the lower Kayo product. They'll do it quickly and will re-issue your invoice for you (literally did this for me to remove an Eagles Rising Stars membership last week).

If that's what you want - yes.

To be more serious - just because something may not eventuate doesn't mean the club didn't try as hard as possible to make it happen. Keep that in mind. Also - if there are no players involved, the pick trading can happen for longer, so we might not get a resolution any time soon.
