I've completed every achievement per steam achievements, but I found out that I'm missing achievement number 538 where it's hidden OUTSIDE of the challenges menu. I backtracked again and again thinking it was items that I missed out and the final achievement was DELETE THIS. Thank you for the help!

You'd definitely need speed in order for her to s3 early to get most out of it. She needs her s3 to be on cooldown to have a chance to counter when an ally is attacked, increasing your chances of her counter attacking overall.
