Ew. Transphobia.

I dont think overall comparing is a bad thing but it is something in a relationship where communication and sitting at the table together to accept the dream of what the relationship is desired to be will always regardless of how far we get be at 99%. We can get bottom surgery and completely live a stealth life, but it still does not make the relationship 100% what the dream is. A lot of things I wish I could do with my spouse is generally sexual but there will always be that small bit of growing up as a young boy I won't have as my background.
That's okay. A dream isn't reality but what we strive to get to and more to accept the real versions of ourselves. So I don't think the OP is wrong in their feelings, but this definitely sparks a need for conversation and a growth of maturity for both.

Lou was such a great push to allow gay trans men to receive treatment and be treated with respect. It is still very difficult but it is much better than it had been.

The question always comes down to quality of life. Is he living a greatl ife, eating well, and has no real sign of things indicating end of life like poor appetite, sleeping more (than usual for a cat), unintended weight loss, etc. If all of these are no and there isn't a clear need to think about him dying right now, then I would say a second opinion or just accepting that input as something to consider in the next year or so.
To touch on situations I have had to make the tough decision, I have had a nearly 1 year old kitten who has FIP that was causing pressure on his organs, leading to poor intake, weight loss, and it was just clear he was not comfortable and in pain. I held him as the vet put him 'to sleep'. The second was a 12-13 y/o dog who had clear nasal cancer with a mortality rate of 80% and even if we did get it confirmed and did chemotherapy, it would only give us more time but not much. We did pet hospice and it was a beautiful experience that she was at home and able to be around family when she passed. She again did things like not eating, withdrawing herself to the closet, and more. If he is living his life to the fullest he can right now, then let him live and consider hospice and end of life coming soon.

The ancestries feels like it doesn't have much impact because maybe it's just an information overload especially with Foundry and all the information is on several different spots. I've read through your comments and will look at some of the resources for maybe some tips and better outlook to playing.

I literally cannot do DIY T gel. There is no resource. This post really comes from a place of priviledge.
uwuKyatt
I have been able to get mine even after getting denied and rejected on initial appeal before the lawsuit ruling.

I... I just assume none of these people have been taking T or not long enough to have growth or increased sensitivity because panties (outside of just not being a men's wear) did not feel comfortable.

It's incorrect that everyone can eat vegan foods. In fact, many people biologically can not eat a vegan meal due to a lack of certain vitamins, minerals, and intestinal flora. I most certainly would not go to a vegan food only event.

I don't really care if you feel sorry or not. If I could downvote your comment more, I would, but I can only do it once. I also do not care to placate and just "go along with the narrative" when there is push to keep talking over trans men. Factually the implication from OP that " trans women are empirically the most hatecrimed and oppressed trans people" is incorrect. Research shows that trans men are greatly *more affected* in areas like reproductive rights and medical treatment, (i.e T is literally a scheduled III class and estrogen is 6 and DIY can only be done via injections among a few outside of surgery issues), suicidality, and sexual assaults and inimate partner violence.

These are just a few.
The visibility of trans women especially with Far Right media to elevate anti-trans laws and transphobic rhetoric does not and should not erase the fact that trans men experience discrimination from being trans but for also being assigned female at birth with the overturning of Roe V Wade. The visibility of trans women and the experience of transmisogyny does not equal or mean that trans women "have it worse" because trans men are invisible or cast to the wayside outside and inside the community. Invisibility is just as deadly as visibility as sexual abuse centers, violence support centers and resources, and more don't even know how to process or handle trans men support.
Hell, even your comment keys into what my comment is about. "Well I hear you but here is why you should shut up".

While I understand your reason as a general topic, I wish that some/most trans women wouldn't speak over trans men and then tell every trans man that there is no such thing as transmisandry or transandrophobia. Just as there is no way to separate the transness and womanhood for trans women regarding transmisogyny, there is no way to separate or 'unpair' the transness and manhood for trans men.
Every single time there is anything to highlight trans men and allow us to actually be men or to speak about the struggles, like example there was an article where trans men being masculine and immediately the comments were "But trans men can be feminine too" or regarding the loneliness and isolation that transitioning comes with, we are immediately told we are wrong, that we do not have these struggles, and that "well men through out time have always ruled over women".
I have had trans women call me a gender traitor just like terfs do and that inherently for identifying as a man I am a misogynist and just hate women. That I *owe* femininity because I was born female. Each time a trans woman has done this, has removed trans men even speaking up about our experience, and continued to ignore the struggles we face because we are trans men, I just lose any sympathy or 'kinship' and honestly avoid any trans related space that isn't trans men oriented. Your post only reinforces again this mentality that trans men do not belong in the trans community.

The thing with Reimer is it actually does prove there is an innate self, and socialization and therapy doesnt get rid of it.

I understand not using intersex to describe the condition. I do feel it should be described as a neurotype or neurological development condition instead of intersex. It is similar to Autism, ADHD, etc. I also believe it should be classified as different than gender dysphoria as, by the way gender dysphoria is described, it could apply to thousands of people at least yearly. The crowd that says you dont need gender dysphoria or always describe their dysphoria as it relates to gender and "gender is a social construct" leads me to believe those are gender dysphoria.

To be fair, that person was not trans and was a closeted lesbian with self hatred.
-Edit- I don't care if someone downvotes me. We should stop accepting the labels of people trying to assign every shooter as trans.
uwuKyatt
All I can think is why none of these trans people never seem to accept and realize their civic duty to act just normal for once in the face of violence. Like we owe it to each other to hold each other accountable and not fuck it up more than it already is.
uwuKyatt
Honestly, as a trans person, I'd rather take the loss and call out someone who is abusing the system and declare them as not trans. I am wholly for separation of transsexuals from transgender.
uwuKyatt
I will say that while I see your point, some people may have an STD even while being a virgin. Herpes, HPV, syphilis, trichomoniasis, and hepatitis b are all examples.
uwuKyatt
Maybe there isn't as much education given on timeline effectiveness, dosing, and such with the trans boyfriend by his doctor. I remember having a pretty extensive set of appointments and plus I did my own research for a starting point.
To be fair, there is a difference between Testosterone injected vs gel vs pellets/patches in that they are not the same exact 1 to 1 on effectiveness and time. Which yeah, the cypionate testosterone is going to give that "bodybuilder" effect with how quick changes are and I almost could guess he has not been on it as long as you have. I can understand *why* he had that reaction with how quick and obvious injection changes are.
It is also the only one that can be DIY (and enanthate) while gel and others are not feasible or unobtainable which is very disappointing if it gets banned in the US for prescribed.

And im pretty sure a lot of story content that one would experience while those were going on is sunset.
uwuKyatt
I feel like it is similar to when I was in high school and gay marriage rights were more a main topic item which a lot of classmates "came out" as bicurious or the term metrosexual was being used. It was almost like it was a new "cool club" label that got used alot to either show "support" for gay rights ("I support all the gays im a little bicurious myself"), label things as being gay oriented like metrosexual with really homophobic intentions or ideas, or misunderstanding their feelings after hearing someone who was actually gay, lesbian, or bisexual and claiming it without really ever being so. Things being public is great for those who really need to know their feelings are not isolated.
uwuKyatt
Any time I see things about butch lesbians or gnc women getting on, getting top surgery, or talk like the phallopasty screenshot here, I think there is internalized homophobia that cannot tolerate the idea of just being simple and normal without all the fanfare hoopla. I also think it is transphobic to take resources from others who have sex incongruence when there are shortages with T and getting surgery is difficult.
uwuKyatt
I believe gender dysphoria as a broad statement/diagnosis is more social since "gender is a social construct." I also believe that sex based dysphoria or incongruence is not and is biologically present since birth. I think gender dysphoria is what ends up leading people to try and transition, misunderstanding their dysphoria as sex based incongruence, and then it leads to detransition or desisting.

I feel like hormones and getting a letter are too easy in most situations. You have people who advertise free letters just on spur of the moment 'assessment'. Surgery is would say is difficult, but trans men bottom surgery is worse than trans women. The steps, the risks, and the cost are way more than the other. Getting smaller items like hair removal is costly regardless of who is transitioning. It is getting way easier for that to be obtained even with people who possibly could regret it because they haven't been vetted enough. The one letter one visit to the surgery pipeline without any other steps is concerning, to say the least.
Which to that I answer yes, I am not transitioning now because of how others perceive me.
