Also, the kappa for integer multiplication is 2^-182, but the delta for Fourrier transform is 10^-13. You can use Fourrier transform to multiply integers, so there is already a lower complexity algorithm in the same dump

36 is the equivalent of around 22 lands in 60 cards format. If you look at the meta games of these formats, the decks that play this few lands are low to the ground aggro/combo decks and decks with a ton of 1 mana card selection. Your average commander decks is neither of those things.

My rule of thumb is starting at 40 lands+mana artifacts that cost 1 or less, and I'm more likely to go up than down.
