oh no need to lecture, that's exactly my point. Creating a way to measuring how good a team/player is without considering actual goals is useless. It actually enables poor performance, as you can see from the comments that there are people happy to see us top of a hypotetical table. You are putting actual numbers in "what if" which is bollocks
