You need two-hand independence, which you can learn.

Biggest problem is that the bass half is tuned in fifths, so nothing from your current repertoire translates to the Stick (TM, are Emmett's heirs as litigious as he was?). You have to reinvent your bass playing.

One time I was playing some studies for flute and I thought "this is so systematic, I could code this". So I wrote some python that output Lilypond. The results are here:

The "tricky fingerings" is popular with teachers because I coded some concept of what would be particularly tricky to play.
