You’re welcome! She did not make me pay for shipping for the extra fill. Yes, I’m in Texas and it’s been brutally hot! I do feel like all the filling is what makes it retain heat. I do sleep hot though in general (though the pillow makes it worse at times) I don’t really feel like the cover is all that cooling, nor do I think it’s that great of quality for how expensive it is. I definitely won’t spend $89 on a second one, which sucks bc I wanted a different color, but it’s really thin and pills way too easily. Don’t get me wrong, I do like it overall, but there are some drawbacks to it I want to share, especially with how expensive it is.

Hi! I have mixed reviews to be honest. The extra stuffing did make a bit of a difference and it doesn’t fall as flat anymore. I cannot use it the way it’s advertised though bc it doesn’t give the same amount of support on both sides and I find it uncomfortable and too hot. I also feel like mine is sized different than the video, like the ends of the moon aren’t as long as hers so my head is on the very edge of the pillow when hers has a extra room (does that make sense?) So I tried using it where I lay my head in the middle and it comes down around each side of me. It’s pretty comfortable that way and I sleep really good. It got rid of my neck pain, honestly, but I really needed something between my legs or the pain becomes unbearable. So now I have been sleeping with it where the middle is between my legs and the sides come up around me and honestly, it’s sooooo comfy! I wake up with a lot less hip and leg pain, though now my neck suffers (waiting on them to release the mini spoon so I have use it in combination with the big spoon ) and since it comes up around each side of my body, there is support for my arms and shoulders.

The downside is it does still flatten and you have to refluff it and move the stuffing around inside, it sleeps HOTTTTTT and the covers pill really quickly (at $89 for one cover, this is so frustrating.) It’s also massive. I use it on a queen bed and it takes up half of it.

I sent Casey an email and she replied pretty quickly. I attached photos and a video of my pillow and she said it looked like the pillowcase was too big and the pillow itself was understuffed, so she is sending me a new pillow case & 3 lbs of stuffing.

I am pretty sure it said they would provide extra filling at no additional cost since they want us to be happy with the product. I am not sure about shipping fees. I will email this weekend about getting the extra filling and report back.

It does. I'm a hot sleeper though. I received mine yesterday and slept with it last night for the first time and was so annoyed i couldn't flip it to the cool side. I might be able to get used to it with a lighter blanket.

I just got mine yesterday and I have similar thoughts. I think even squishmallows are firmer than this pillow. I am hypermobile and have been using squishmallows for support when sleeping and thought the Moonspoon would have a similar feel but its a lot softer/squishier and seems to flatten when any pressure. I did get a card with my order saying that if I'm not happy with it, I can request more filling for it so I think i will do that if i'm still not happy with it in the coming days. I do love the concepts, and I think it is great for lounging, but it just needs a bit of tweaking for my personal preferences.

ugh i purchased this a couple of weeks ago and waiting for it to arrive. I'm sad now. I bought another dupe from another fragrance company a couple of years ago and it wasn't the same either 😞

omg i've been eyeing the dupes for a long time now. Do they smell like it? I bought a dupe fragrance oil from another company and it smelled similar but not the same which is why I've held off on getting the dupe from DSSC

None of this is going to work if they don't fix the quality of their items first. The candles have already dropped in quality over the past several years, but I can tell a difference in them from even just a year ago. They burn a lot faster now, burn unevenly, soot more often and I can't even smell them half of the time. Don't even get me started on their body care. I never buy body care anymore because it's all so bad.

Also, more unique scents! It's like they have 10 scent notes they mix and match to create the products they have. I'm begging for something MORE. Give me something Moonlit Graveyard again.

I had a case on mine from the time I got it a couple of years ago but recently took it off because it got wet underneath, and honestly..... I will never use a case again. It's much easier to use without the case and looks a lot nicer

It's just because people love to hate Cassie. Maddy is still Cassie's manager, so IDK how she betrayed her. Cassy still has other sources of income (social media is a big one I assume) so it's not like Maddy is make zero dollars.

Just because someone doesn't drive doesn't mean they can't be a fantastic parent. That's ridiculous. Driving has zero influence on what it is to be a parent. Cars weren't even a thing in the average household until the early 1900s, yet the average household size was 4 people. Non-Drivers have been having babies for thousands and thousands of years.

The issue is that the MIL is focusing on the fact that DIL shouldn't have a baby bc she doesn't drive when instead MIL should be focusing on the fact that DIL can't even afford an UBER. If they can't afford an Uber, they can't afford to have a baby.

If you don't want to be the person driving DIL & Grandchild around, that's completely fine. Just tell her that. Don't make her feel less than, though. People have fears that might seem irrational to you, but you probably have a fear that seems irrational to others.

They should focus more on releasing fragrances that are unique and captivating rather than recycling the same old scents under different names. Seriously, it's like they use the same notes for everything! & why is everything so sweet smelling?? Everything is so boring to me... I ordered several of the Disney Princess Candles and they all smelled very similar with the exception of Mulan. So disappointing.

I know, I am sooooo mad they did this. I wrote them an email and got a standard bot reply back. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!! I will literally boycott until they change them back to the original recipe. I don't understand why restaurants have to add bacon to everything :(

Do we get a discount since all the ingredients aren't being shipped? for instance, I wanted a recipe with 4 ingredients. 2 ingredients were out of stock so only 2 ingredients shipped. Would I get a discount since half the ingredients were not shipped?

This is so disappointing! I ended up skipping this week because I didn't want this to happen. Having to go grocery shopping for the missed items totally defeats the purpose of this box. I'm rethinking my subscription now....
