i totally agree the ui isn’t as user friendly i definitely couldn’t figure it out if i didn’t have youtube lol
viperdef
anki definitely has to grow on most people especially if you’re used to using quizlet. i’m actually using quizlet for one of my classes right now because there’s no exams but there’s quizzes every week so i don’t even have the time for longer term recall like my other classes lol.
viperdef
using practice questions definitely should be one of the primary study methods students use but imagine that along with anki? golden!
viperdef
i see this being an issue if you’re trying to find premade decks but if you’re making your own, this shouldn’t be a factor no?
viperdef
i totally agree. i’m definitely going to pair anki with doing practice questions to become familiar with the way we’re tested. my biggest worry is getting too caught up on this dense information we’re expected to know along with understanding what’s being asked of us on an exam so i’m hoping this system is as efficient as i expect it’ll be.
viperdef
i’m seeing a lot of people with a similar perspective. i plan to pair anki with doing practice questions to make sure that i understand how to apply the information that i’m retaining. i’m very intentional with making my cards so it’s not just straight up definitions i’m memorizing.
viperdef
this is a challenge i had to overcome myself in college and i wish more effective methods were promoted in high school rather than having to learn the hard way lol
viperdef
honestly, it is pretty intimidating at first. i had to watch a couple tutorials to set it up and i figured it out pretty quickly but there’s still things i’m learning about it. i’m always seeing nursing students online share their study tips (the blurting method is the most popular atm) so i’m just surprised anki hasn’t been recommended really at all.
viperdef
i didn’t think much about how much it depends on the curriculum! this is an interesting perspective.
viperdef
thanks!! 💗

I definitely have to take my car to a mechanic to make sure nothing’s wrong 😭 i only started driving on the highway a couple months ago so i’m still super super anxious whenever i get on there so that’s a very helpful tip. thanks!

Hi! I have a GA ticket for Sunday!

You are 22 or 23 by now, so you still have a lot of time to achieve happiness.
You need to start by setting up your future. If you're studying currently you should finish your education with his support because a divorce while going through school is difficult. You should also start having your own stream of income, whether it's you starting a business or freelancing, and have him help you get started. Shera has said multiple times during her live that stacking up your money while you're with a provider is important to avoid serious situations where you can't leave because you don't have anything to your name.
It's okay to want more, and I think you deserve more, but you should try your best to get the most you can out of this marriage. I would also say it's important to see if the situation with your husband can get better by simply telling him what you want before he can get the children he wants. You must create an environment where your happiness is above everything. Shera also often says anything they want from you should only be granted after they have invested a certain amount in you. Providing for you is the bare minimum, and he clearly understands that from him giving you his card to use. Pamper yourself with his card as well because it'll make him happy to see that you're becoming more and more beautiful because of his money. It's an incentive that'll make him want to do more.

What does a leasing intern do? Is that the same as a Leasing Agent or does it show you what the actual management side looks like?
viperdef
I'm currently a leasing agent at a off-campus student housing apartment complex and it was pretty easy for me to find a job. I've heard regular apartment leasing jobs can be hard to break into even in entry level roles.
Do you live near any big universities?
viperdef
thats insane because i feel like student housing would prepare you for something like that. is it because of how fast people scale in student housing?
viperdef
How many years of experience do you need as a PM before you're able to enroll in a CAM course and take the exam?
Also, you said you have experience in mulitfamily housing; how does that specific path typically go if you're coming from student housing?
viperdef
Thank you for answering my question!
Should I work on certifications when I scale up to a management role or is there any I can start getting now that’ll make me stand out?
viperdef
oh wow! what do you do for a living?
viperdef
i just bought it i’m so excited
viperdef
how potent is it? did it get you high quickly?
viperdef
i’m annoyed with the outrage about this because k-pop isn’t the only thing that’s been referred to as a teenage girl thing and it’s only making us look even more insane to locals when we break the internet over it.
i just wish kpop stans didn’t make a big deal out of everything all the time it’s embarrassing and it turns a lot of people away from kpop in general.

it’s just really weird to me how you’re saying got7 should just “stick to being a group” when they’re only about 7 months into their solo projects. you’re criticism is not constructive at all and you’re judging some of the member’s solo music abilities based on a single. only three of them have proper albums out and jackson is the only one with a fully established solo career/fanbase.
if you don’t like the music they’re making then that’s ok but you’re saying they’re not good soloists when they’re not even a year into their solo activities.
viperdef
you didn’t listen to mark’s song and think you’re qualified to say he can’t hold a song on his own? how can you come to that conclusion when you never listened to the song and it’s weird to make that assumption when he barely has any songs out in the first place. if you just don’t like his music then that’s fine but saying he can’t hold a song on his own without listening to it is very odd.
It’s honestly just time consuming and requires you to study everyday. Other than that, it hasn’t been terrible people should just study using the best study method for themselves.
