Gemini always says it's having a lot of fun when asked!

👍

Gemini was also able to beat a lesser known ROM hack, plus it's working through Emerald too. The Blue run is still good to do so we can have a baseline comparison though.

Hey, that's me! I'm honored my print profile made such an impact on you. Glad to have been able to share a little knowledge <3

waylaidwanderer

Not assets, normally.

waylaidwanderer

I did! I was actually talking about the design of the model itself, which looks good.

waylaidwanderer

This design looks AI-generated. But not in a bad way. 😂

That geometry is unprintable due to the steep overhang angles from the curves. Best to first chamfer the top and bottom edges to an acceptable angle (45 degrees is safest), then fillet the curve from there.

Yes, they're kept in separate folders. If you go back to the non-Beta your profiles will be there again.

I ran into this before and ended up using Antigravity (Gemini) to have it port all my profiles over.

Hey, I vibecoded a filament management dashboard for myself recently. Inspired by 3dfilamentprofiles. It's also named SpoolDeck 😂

I've seen designs for respoolers that work with wires specifically. Do some searching and hopefully you'll find something that works for you.

That's probably fine with TPU 95A or maybe even 90A, but not 85A IMO

There are still coordinates

You save time by using less infill and less walls, which with the right settings can be just as strong as on a 0.4mm nozzle or even stronger. A 0.6mm nozzle will also let you use bigger layer heights like 0.35mm or even 0.4mm layers.

If you use the exact same settings the printer will be making the same amount of movements which will not save any time.

You can actually just ask the AI. It has an Antigravity skill by default I think.

Turbo mode? You can also manually edit the project config to whitelist all tool calls as well (as it still prompts you for MCP tools even in Turbo mode)

In my experience it really helps to slow down the support interface speed to something like 20mm/s.

waylaidwanderer

Well explained. I've thought along similar lines as well.

I was referring to general LLMs without giving them specific tools or training, but that's cool too.

I did some tests with having Gemini pilot a Showdown client (Random battles) a while back. Winning consistently was definitely a struggle. Seems like competitive battling is still hard to solve right now.

This looks nice!

Regarding the blending, you would get much better results with more translucent filament instead of Sunlu's CMYK bundle though, which is actually one of the worse-performing filaments when it comes to Full Spectrum color mixing.

Good options would be a set of Polymaker's Panchroma Translucent PLA (C/M/Y only; their translucent white is too weak IMO), or the newly released Snapmaker Full Spectrum bundle or Prusa Color Mixing bundles.

Ask a friend to print your models for you. You need real print photos and a working Bambu Studio print profile, there's no way around it.
