I've had Prusa, Creality, Elegoo, and Bambu printers over the years. The Bambu H2D was my most recent purchase. I will say that the Bambu ecosystem is top notch and second to none for things like wiki support, maintenance guidance, and troubleshooting using their online resources. On the few occasions I've had issues with the printer, their error codes, and integration with their slicer, took me to the exact place I needed on their wiki and provided very comprehensive and thorough guidance and debugging information. Not only do they give you step by step guidance with pictures, but they also frequently include side-bar information on why their guidance is the best approach. Their Makerworld environment is also very well done and has a ton of content and feature integration with their printers.

I had to spend a good deal of time on upgrades and tuning to get my Creality and Elegoo printers to a "push button" print capability, but the Bambu was like that right out of the box.

I encourage you to look at the entire ecosystem for whatever printer you choose. I consider Bambu the gold standard.

I'm looking to park some money for prepaying taxes on my SS benefit. Basically deposit over the quarter and then make a withdrawal once per qtr for the pre-payment. If I manage this by going with SGOV buys, are there short-term capital gains when selling SGOV?

webdad2000

Thanks for the insight. Good information.

webdad2000

Thanks. I'll have to do some sleuthing through last year's return. She is doing standard withholding through her job; it's the side gig that took off this year which led to starting some prepayments. SS for me doesn't start hitting until Jan. Since I'm starting at 63 1/2, I don't qualify for the 6k exemption, but such is life. At least my state doesn't tax SS income.

Thanks. Yeah, in talking to him about this self pay plan just now, he said I can do it, just don't miss a payment. I'll use those dates going forward.

webdad2000

Do they really pay attention to the payment date? I've been logging on to IRS.gov and just shoveling in money on occasion. They have daily limits on number of transactions, but haven't seen anything that ties to quarters or dates. My tax guy said he doesn't care about when, just how much

She was an adjunct for a few years previously, and it's with the local community college. She enjoys it and it helps pay the bills, so win win

If you subscribe to premium will you get access to all platforms? I have P3 on Windows and Android, do I need 1 premium license or 2?

Android family sharing isn't currently supported. Will that change with P4?

The sharing section of the website says "Family sharing lets everyone in your household use the same recipe collection with their own Paprika account" which implies you can share the database with family, as long as they have their own license, which is not how most family sharing implementations work.

when I was initially diagnosed, my GI started me on Entyvio. Went through the loading doses, and into the regular doses. I probably went 18 weeks or so, and there just wasn't much significant improvement. He switched me to Remicade (with a side of Imuran), and that worked out great. I've been on Remicade for almost 2 years and aside from having to go with a 6 week infusion schedule it's been fine. Just stopped the Imuran a week or so ago to see if I can go with Remicade by itself.

We have ours at the front, near the garage door., and due to the partial apartments of two college kids, and other accoutrements, we frequently, as in all the time, charge outside. Do not regret it one bit.

webdad2000

That is true, and I commend them for following the rule of law. That strength of character and abidance is not present in much of the GOPs syncophant's who also lead churches.

webdad2000

I've only been on AZ as a companion to Remicade, and the one - two punch helped get me to remission. My doctor said he didn't want me on AZ for an extended period due to the cancer risk and increased sensitivity to sunlight. I was on AZ for about a year and then he had me discontinue it. Unfortunately, subsequent to that my calprotectin shot back up (500+, but not as bad as before 2000+) so I've been back on it (again as a companion to Remicade every 6 weeks) for a couple months.

Scheduled for a follow up next week and expect we'll try to stop AZ again and see how things play out. Doctor said if calprotectin again shoots up, then will look at other biologics instead of protracted AZ duration.

Overall, I was on entiviyo first, that failed, then went to Remicade which has worked great. Don't really notice any side effects from either Entiviyo nor Remicade.

you just trying to stay local or really want to lab motif? Amazon has tons of borosilicate glass beaker measuring cups and the coffee hobby is rife with glass tubes for storing coffee beans.

webdad2000

Wow that was fast!

Will print when my printer fees up

webdad2000

Wow, this is seriously impressive. Very well done. I have a need for a sliding lid for a box, and wanted something that wasn't solid, so used the vent grill generator to create it. Looks great.

One suggestion on the vent grill. It would be nice if the Grid pattern was generated from the center of the grill area so that fragments of the cutouts would be evenly distributed between the walls, if that makes sense.

One other thought, probably a bit more effort, have an option to only include full patterns, so no fragments.

Really nice job. Sent you a coffee.

I'm new to Rclone, and wish I had an answer. I get the exact same "Failed to query available drivers" when I try to create a onedrive remote/mount.

Following to hopefully find an answer.

webdad2000

You do have 10 years to exhaust the account, but annual RMDs still apply

webdad2000

I did the exact same thing for my '21 MY 3 weeks ago as well. Like the tires as well

webdad2000

Entyvio was my first treatment and after about 6-8 months it wasn't really doing much for me. Switched to Remicade (with a side if Imuran) and everything came back in line and currently in remission.

webdad2000

OK, I think I see the deal. the one I'm looking at has a PD 3.0 input on the hub, which then joins the main USB C connection to the laptop, so I'll just leave that input port empty.

webdad2000

Fair enough. That being said, do I need to specifically look for a hub that does not have power passthrough, or just not hook up the power to the hub when I set it up?

webdad2000

Thanks for chiming in. We wound up going with a fumex unit, and happy with the decision
