They are likely to publicly funded and that funding is more likely to come from the left

Some of It could just be playfully ribbing, some older Australian partners take the piss out of you to build a better relationship and have a bit of fun at work. There is a fine line to tread with it though

A 12% swing is not a tremendous amount of backlash and that’s all it would take.

In saying that polling this far out doesn’t mean anything start looking in 2028

It likely to get worse since he will likely try to buy votes with more handouts in the next Budget.

Wage-price spiral since he got in and it might continue for another 4 years.

But they love long time

Surpluses and Deficits are decidedly good or bad depending on other factors. Inflation is high and Bond rates are above GDP growth rate, you should be running surpluses.

Inflation below 2% and Bond rates at~1%, run deficits

Am in the middle of a job hunt and they have set up all the interviews with a bunch of different firms within a week. They also set me up pretty quickly with my current job. Judging by the comments I found a good recruiting agency. (It’s Key Moves recruiting, I’ll give them a plug)

Now show the interest accrued on that debt

whitey9999

Bond rate was at 1%, you should be borrowing at that rate.

Borrowing is only an issue if the cost to borrow is above the long term growth rate.

It all depends on what is required from each task as well. If the rental is agent managed, 150 is probably right. If they to sort receipts for R&M and rate notices or keep a depreciation schedule, probably closer to 300.

Same with managed funds, if they keep an investment registry for CGT you can charge a little more.

First Place I'm looking for jobs is Seek and Indeed

Was placed by a recruiting firm last time, who had a decent relationship with a number of firms

Its just easier to put up the fed leaders because Allen is on the way out, nobody care about Jess Wilson and I dont know if PHON has a Vic State leader, they didn't win a lower house seat last time.

Most people who are looking for a job try to pick up a couple of hours of work in the gig economy (Uber, Meal-delivery etc.), so they aren't counted in the Unemployment figures.

Bit odd to laugh about the 10% drop in Australian Wealth over the next 6 months

I would check the recent news about one of their medical waste drivers first

A surplus or a deficit isn’t exactly good/bad.

If the inflation and bond rates are high, you should run surpluses and paying down debt.

If the bond rates are low, you should be running deficits and investing more into the economy
