Stunning brown my friend

These are grown with substrate and grain, right in my crib. Species and varieties can be found through the web.

Stocked?

I’ve done it once with actives, never gourmet. Id love to try sometime though.

I think mine just farted 😳

Gorgeous ride my friend 👌🏼

Nice setup! Ideally you’d break and shake when 30-50% colonized and you look pretty close. Once fully colonized I’d pass fresh air by cracking lid and fanning. If your mushrooms start growing towards the lid and haven’t reached maturity I’d replace lid with plastic bag to allow for more space. After that just harvest and repeat once tub is rehydrated!

Happy birthday baby! 🎉

Lovely noodle you have there (:

Thank you! 🙏🏼

Caca logs 😂 I’ll be using that from now on

Looks a bit dry, I’d personally try another b&s and see where it goes from there. You’ll either spread whatever myc there is or underlying contam/mold. Best of luck and if anything make this a learning experience, not every grow goes well.

Thank you for clarifying, I was quite unsure because some companies will advertise the weight having such an “impact” after installing.

I believe it weighing more will result in short throws/less effort when shifting especially if it sits lower.

Looks a bit like tripe 😋

It’s very much trial and error, hard work pays off though. Congrats 👌🏼

Mine will hide for almost 2 weeks after she comes out for another meal. While in shed she’s also gone for about 2 weeks before she pops out again. Feeding while shedding is also not advised as they sometimes refuse to eat due to poor eyesight, makes em feel vulnerable. Some rather do eat while in shed so it’s a 50/50 chance. No harm in not eating throughout their shed though, I would personally just let her be.

I always try to get the yawn but it’s so rare I never have my phone out on time.

Gonna re run some clones, hoping they come out more consistent and similar.

Got it, I see it now.

That tail is concerning, almost like the poor baby is constipated. 😭

Both have potential but I’d personally go with the first one. Plates like those with rhizomorhpic growth are more rapid are just more susceptible for a successful grow. Not shaming tomentose either because while they might be slower in growth they still hold potential.
