Did you ever consider how much the insurance company paid out for all your accidents ?

I bet you it’s a lot more than what you’ve paid them …

Why do you think you should pay less for your shit driving record?

Wait 5 years or requote as each accident falls off, slowly work your way back and don’t have anymore fuck ups

willy_stroker

Ralph Lauren polo is my got o

willy_stroker

most policies read - sudden or accidental.

if it is a covered peril.

willy_stroker

Why would you go waste money on your own lawyer? that's apart of why you have insurance.

it's only been 2 weeks. Relax.

You'll have to just be patient and wait for Geico to subro the claim. NJM has nothing to do with you and theyre not likely to release info to you

willy_stroker

lol i will, and I'll stick to investing my money in real estate since I'm not afraid of a little tax

pathetic troll "foreign investor" ... sure sure whatever you say

willy_stroker

Yes, I am. I am a foreign investor, investing in the US. What are you?

So you're investing in the US...

So, you just proved my statement true...? lol

Pretty sure? Ok, great source.

I am not a foreign investor but work in an industry along side them...

What are your motivations to invest outside of your country?

Maybe you're the minority that cares about the tax?

But it still hasn't stopped you from investing right?

So why even bring up your useless comment!? ... smh

willy_stroker

not sarcastic at all, are you at all aware of how many properties and the rate at which they are buying at, especially in states you'd never think.

Pretty sure foreign millionaires and billionaires don't give a shit about our small taxes to get their money out of their country

willy_stroker

Don't think that's an issue really, they are buying up all of Toronto and Vancouver with no issues already for the past 10 years

willy_stroker

The real question is who is going to inherit the 15 trillion in real estate wealth held by the boomer generation. Millennials are only sitting on 1 trillion. Will they see the benefit, or will the federal government suck those inflated assets back in with the proposed changes to estate tax exemptions and income tax rates.

foreign investors

Had a 21 yr old, so cal, new bmw, 4 at faults, one with a death payout $59K for 6 months.

willy_stroker

Ralph Lauren Polo Factory- not all have a B&T section though

willy_stroker

You have 30 to 90 d depending on the province to change your license over.

If they are still living in another province and you're not considered married or in a legal domestic partnership then they don't necessarily need to be listed at all. Permissive use will apply.

willy_stroker

you can't insure something you don't own, you have no insurable interest

willy_stroker

not super scientific ...

Your foot is about the size of your forearm

willy_stroker

lol this should have alot more upvotes

willy_stroker

best of luck, rates only get better as you get older and more experienced with good credit

willy_stroker

you could have a twin, with the same car, living across the street, and everything else being the same but your rate will be different.

stick to professional advice from their related fields, it will serve you well.

willy_stroker

therapist and insurance agent in one stop, that's an impressive resume.

Call your agent, ask him about lowering your coverages or shopping your rates with other carriers. Call Geico too if you want.

Just stick to listening them about therapy and not insurance!

willy_stroker

last night? you mean every night for at least the past 5 or 6 years

willy_stroker

this is it.

if you don't think it's possible to pay that much, then you have no fucking clue how blockchain works or what nft are... or even an inkling of the art & memorabilia market.

look up nba topshot, you're going to have an aneurysm.

willy_stroker

file a claim with your carrier

your rates will most likely go up for a few years, noone can say by how much

willy_stroker

I'm still not sold on the 22, its pretty but too mazda looking

willy_stroker
