Hi! I work at Shopify on payments. Can you help me understand a bit better? Are you using PayPal powered by Shopify Payments or PayPal as an additional payment method?

If the former, then there’s a lot you we help with: (1) All transactions are eligible for seller protection and Shopify Payments automatically checks for it when a dispute is submitted to PayPal. (2) you don’t need to go anywhere else to respond to the dispute, just go to the order once the buyer submits a dispute and you can fight it right from Shopify
