From what I had been reading, things had improved, but it still wasn't running the way it was before.

I've bought cars from out of state dealers twice. First time was my first car and I had to have a VIN inspection done. Second time, the dealership did some sort of online thing on their end and had the plates/registration automatically moved over from the car I was trading in to the new one. Private party you will always have to do it, but I think some out of state dealers are able to register with the Ohio BMV to avoid buyers having to have inspections done.

I think January 21st we will see Vance make moves to remove Trump. That's the point where if he takes over, he would still be allowed to run for two full terms after finishing Trump's. It may be something overt like the 25th amendment or it may be something sneaky like altering the medical care that's keeping him alive.
