Reason for the post is serious feedback. If that short the essence would it’s docketed now to be considered in the next session which is Sept 28th 2026 through June 2027. We would know by the end of October if they will hear it. If ruled against mag bans, then Californias would still have to likely wait 2-4 years for either the Cali legislature to remove the ban or a new lawsuit where the court is then forced to follow the Supreme Court. Are you satisfied with only that information?

Hope is always to make it as short as reasonable. But the hate of misinformation and wrong assumptions makes this a hard topic. It came up with our planning to reasonably prepare for free state adaptors on hand
