Moira if it's comp. 90% of them aren't beneficial. They have no utility and just stat farm. Usually the other support has to pick up the slack and might be blamed as the issue because they don't stat pad like a Moira does.

Lucio a bit too, but the really good ones make up for it. Not enough coordination in plat to make it work most of the time even if the Lucio is good. I have been carried by some though for sure so it's not instant dread.

Yes that's what I meant by the insert insoles I got :D I have high arch inserts and they have changed my life in the best way lol

ASICS are my favorite and I've tried Brooks, New Balance, Hokas, Ryka, and Saucony. My occupational therapist who has hEDS also wears them.

I have extremely high arches though, and because of hEDS they collapse when I walk. I got insert insoles for them and they're the only brand that doesn't feel cramped when I do that.
