Py gives you a different sense. Its like you log in walk your base and realize you can either wait for a couple more pieces of Titanium to be built or you decide to rebuild a whole supply chain while your tech barely changed

Its my favorite place for multiplayer run starts. Everyone gets their own house to horde stuff for what skills they want to grind

I think it trivializes why most bases have terrain since the walking it gives you might be op but you can trash them if the movement speed feels too much. I think i wouldnt last long in pyandons if I had to do that slow walk speed

I mean you have to plan to use the walkspeed bonus and build it. Otherwise a early start pack is what I usually pick up just for QoL i don’t find it fun to slog because of walk speed in any factorio run.

There is a reaosn any speed run usually just rushes early bots
