What dictionary says that?

Yet another inoffensive Chinese GADA.

Can you change to something more practical? I’m a software engineer, and some of my colleagues have been philosophy majors, as there was always demand for people who could code. That’s now in question, with LLMs getting involved with writing software.

Do yourself a favor and just get a lighter, smaller bike. Edit 1- The BMW F800 GT is worth a look. Edit 2- coming from a Magna, maybe take a look at the CTX1300. Cycle ergo says you’ll flat-foot that, and it’s got a big 4-cylinder with a shaft drive.

No chain maintenance but it does have timing belts to swap every few years 🫠

For a little more money your buyer can get something like an FJR or an ST1300. As another commenter said, reliability is big among the touring crowd. Nobody is going to trust your restoration more than you do. If you lower your price and advertise it as a cheap grocery-getter with loads of style, you may have a little more luck. I agree it’s a shame to chop down such a fine specimen but storage isn’t free and we’re all doing our best to take care of the bikes we own

The early game is the best part, best refined and calibrated. It plays almost like a roguelike.
The objective in the early game is clear: survive and advance. Later on, with three planets to explore and infinite paths forward, you need to choose a goal. In my game I’m on Fulgora, just kind of goofing off. I have a partial mall, but no specific plan to actually build through the tech tree, and I’m playing fewer hours so I guess I need to set really modest session goals, like “automate robot frames” or even “build an EM plant.”

Yeah if joint health / mobility is a factor, it’s a completely different ballgame. Up to now, clutch work isn’t a physical sacrifice for me and it makes driving a pleasure instead of a chore. Because it’s not a sacrifice.

And then there are people who, after two or three years, prefer driving manual regardless of traffic. In a stop and go situation I like the control.

I did a hack job custom seat, much higher than stock and flat like an old UJM. It’s ugly but the body position is so good.
It’s in my history if you’re curious.

And you’re in America?

Rider Magazine claims ABS and DCT were always paired, in their 2018 article.

And I’ve been on the lookout for a long time and I’ve only seen ABS on the DCT bikes. :\

I was so sold on this as my next bike last year but I wanted ABS and MT and in America you can’t get an NC with that :(
zack20cb
You shouldn’t need to lube the cable on a modern bike.

Tick. Tick. Or tick-tick-tick-tick-tick (and no date window on VH31).

Will someone please think of the unsprung rotating mass?!

If you do the Shad rack setup, message me for info about the inaccuracies in the instruction pdf

Congrats and thanks for posting. That seems like a heck of a deal. Nice watch!

I have an SV650 and it’s SUCH a nice little bike. In the USA you can’t get an NC750X with both ABS and manual transmission, so the choice is easy in my region: SV7-GX

Maybe that’s the origin but meanings can shift with time. You can want it to have an older narrower meaning but don’t go around telling people that’s the facts when it’s your personal preference.
