The obvious problem with this claim versus the 20million claim is that the 20 million is an estimated total crossing because cbp doesn't encounter everyone who crosses.

It would be bad if you reshelled it and tried to sell it as a legit one, but if its just for you, you can reshell it to anything you want. There's nothing illegal about reshelling. There might be some copyright issues for the person making the shell, but i don't think that would be a you problem.

Except pogo store blocks most vpns now. Ive tried express, nord, and webroot vpns.
