As a horde lock I got fairly easy staff progression from quests. RFC > WC / ROL > warlock quest from SFK and BFD.

To be fair as a warlock I am happy people can't eat my ISB charges.

The issue with this is that while I would be happy to have a spriest in my raid I would also be sad if i don't have a spriest in my raid. Dps would also be balanced around spriests buffing damage so they would have to nerf lock dmg by the same percentage. They better make spriest mandatory for raids if they bring back the raid wide shadow dmg buff.
