I know they just moved their warehouse recently and I feel after the move that’s when issues are starting. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since I really had good experience with them prior to their move and maybe they’re still settling down on the new warehouse, but after my last order, I’m afraid to order from them again anytime soon.

They are one of the stores that I frequently buy switches from since I started this hobby and they were really great. However, the last time I bought switches from them hasn’t been great. I bought a couple of switches and was told that one of the switches I bought was out of stock, and so I switched them for another. Soon after, I received an email for an invoice asking to pay a difference which surprised me because the switches I replaced were cheaper than the ones out of stock. I told them about it and they changed the invoice however I received a bunch of emails from them making a couple of changes on my order. Eventually, I received my order but I ended up missing a set of switches on my order. I notified them again about the missing switches and they just refunded me for the missing switches.
