As a somewhat okay artist, my thoughts are this. The idea is there and I love it, but I can’t read the text. It’s not how good your drawings are, but the idea of it in the end. I wouldn’t add more to the book, but rather go to a dollar store, grab a sketchbook and do your art there. Still the idea of art, but not covering the words in the book. Though I guess if your cousin already has a copy it doesn’t matter.
I’d honestly be happy with the gift knowing you put so much effort into it.

It took me years after the break up to realize my first time was rape and it wasn’t okay just because we were dating. My guy friend, now husband, was the one that finally helped me realize that. It never felt right, but it still took someone else telling me to get what happened. I still haven’t ever told anyone other than my husband and now anonymously on here.
