I play hardcore. Its a slower more methodical playstyle where you have to think about defenses the same way as you would think about offenses on softcore. So by design you deal less damage. Climbing tiers is harder pushing pit is harder it requires really good gear so more grinding.

But eventually you reach the point where it gets stale too then you just play something else until the next season drops.

This season I lost 2 really geared characters. But restarting something else and doing better than before feels very rewarding to me.

Softcore diablo I could never play anymore. Its so boring you can finish a season in a day and wouldnt have fun doing it.

Honnestly learn to play with a controller. It saved me a lot of hand pain. Shield of retribution also plays great on controller.

I just used the maxroll endgame occult hell fracture build. Basically you only need the unique mace night of terror amulet and stome of hemat unique charm to get the build going. Granted im pretty geared up right now and I play hardcore. With netherstepping I have between 24-60 million toughness. And consistently hitting for trillions now.

Im playing occult hell fracture. It has no issue doing trillions of dmg. Farming all endgame content with ease. Also super tanky.

Lost rites really shouldnt have come out along with norgan idk what they were thinking. If you wanna reach endgame j They just feel like a waste of time. The norgan gear outclasses it so hard. I jumped into norgan on a ng+ save at the beginning. While the beginning was tough I had to bump it to hard difficulty because of how strong the gear is you get in norgan. Now lost rites feel like a joke. I do them just to upgrade the vocation I want.

I wownt lie it makes me feel kinda sad that its wasted potential. The lost rites dungeons wouldve been great as a challenge post norgan. Why release endgame content for base game at the same time when you release new dlc. It baffles me.
