What is this? Cat eczema z?

So my 13 year old cat’s ears have been getting progressively more crusty. She has a history of flea dermatitis but she doesn’t currently have fleas. She also licked her back legs bald after her brother died (September 2023) and my other cat was bullying her. The other cat was rehomed. I do have a new puppy, who has been here since the beginning of July, but I have limited their contact. Her back legs looks about normal, still sparse of fur but not noticeably worse. Is this something to worry about? Or do I need a medicated cream? Uruha doesn’t like to be put in a carrier , but I will suffer her wrath if she needs to be seen by a vet.
