Why TF is this so accurate? We have a small HEB that we use for prescriptions and basic selection and a much larger HEB that is four or more times the size with the selection as well.

My favorite is the closest, but it doesn't carry everything I want, so I go to others as well.
Before the closest opened, my favorite wasn't the closest to my house at that time. It was more fun, and had more non-food items. I went there as often as I could.

I live near a great HEB. It's so great that it's always crowded.
So I end up driving an extra 15 minutes to the smaller HEB anyway 😆

Depends, they closed the one that was close to my parents and it was also the one that they liked. Now they have to go to one that is further away and that they do not like. So, not always true for everyone.

I live in a rural area and closest ones 281 & 35 both opposite directions about 25 miles they are about the same. My problem w HEB these days are home sections that have been added pillows, throw rugs, sheets and I don't know what because I never go through there. After the 281 I guess my favorite remodeled and put all this crap in I started noticing a decrease in the available options of food products on shelves. Ibuy everything from heb to the big manufacturers but it'd this niche products that have disappeared. And about three months ago I was at leon springs I wanted to get th heb packaged fillet mignon they don't have them anymore the steak dept has almost been scrapped I'm not saying it was heb's intention but inflation and the depleted population of cattle forced their hand. It's the save in bulverde. Has everyone else's heb seen the same in their meat dept?

The closest to me was the 183 & Spicewood location. Wasn't my favorite, but now it's closed down. My favorite and now closest is iHEB at Parmer and McNeil. I go to the HEB Plus! at Lakeline for my breakfast meal prep though (bakery sells the burrito tortillas).

Living in Pearland definitely has me this way. The location off 288 is the better option but it’s always crowded I feel. The one off Pearland Pkwy is much better in terms of how busy it is. But the 288 location is guaranteed to have what I need every time I go in there.

as someone who loves the smaller stores, I’m so glad when I happen to get to go to one. we intentionally picked our apartment because it’s 1/2 a mile from a cute little neighborhood store.
